On June 14, the opening ceremony of the 21st Metallurgy China  and the 10th Tube China was held in Shanghai New International Expo Center. CISA Executive Chairman He Wenbo stated in his speech that this exhibition focuses on the development of the entire industry chain. He expressed his hope that relevant enterprises and organizations could actively support, participate in, cultivate, and utilize industry exhibition platforms, showcase achievements, facilitate transactions, enhance image, promote cooperation and high-quality development of the industry.

He Wenbo said in his speech that both Metallurgy China and Tube China were born to promote the development of the steel industry, witnessed the process of reform, innovation and development of the Chinese steel industry, and played a positive and important role in strengthening exchanges between Chinese and foreign steel industries, cultivating and strengthening the steel industry chain, and promoting the prosperity and development of the steel industry ecosystem. He pointed out that situation of last year and this year showed that China steel industry still faced up with many new and old challenges and problems. At the same time, the foundation for further development became more solid and the direction clearer. These tasks require the support and participation of the industrial chain, upstream and downstream. The steel industry will further strengthen industrial chain collaboration and cross industry cooperation, and jointly construct, share and create an industrial ecosystem that is mutually beneficial.
